Well, I rested up and drank plenty of water. I did what I could to prepare for my first week. I gotta say, it was a lot easier than I thought. The descriptions are easy to follow. I can feel my legs burning from specific targeting. I guess when you do it right, you get it right. Oh, and it only took me 30 minutes. That's good considering I have classes all day long. Anyway, just wanted to share that. Peace.
