My nutrition plan says I shouldbe having no more than 2600 clories per day but that seems way too much. I also have been trying to cut down on my suger intake as well. Is this all too much for my body to handle?

Howdy...

Go online and find a Basal Metabolic Rate Calculator. That will tell you the minimum amount of calories you'll need per day... add a couple hundred to that and you should be fairly on par with what you need per day to lose weight.

Thank you for the information. I was also wondering if you knew anything about the 8 week special glutes program? I changed my position from beginner to intermediate and added the special glutes and thighs program as well as the 12 week abs but it did not change my exercise routine. Can anyone help me with this?

I think it may be down toward the bottom of the page... if I remember correctly it's a separate workout.

Thank you I found it. The system added it to my workout. I started my workout this evening and it went well I think. My legs are sore. I did the plan for today and added a little cardio so Im a little sore. Once I get into the routine it should run smoothly. Thanks for your help, standby I may need more hep with other stuff...lol
