Hi guys and gals!

I was on here 2 yes ago trying to lose my (multiples) baby weight. And before I had even started a serious routine, I got pregnant again! This time making things even worse for my back. Have been to chiropractors and rehab- But it will take time. I have felt stronger, lighter and more tolerant since I quit smoking, ate healthy, drank water, become more active and exercising.
I am having a hard time finding exercises to do without constantly injuring my back. Lifting 10 pound weights is even painful. I can't really do a push up without kneeling on my knees, can't jumP out on the floor during a burpee when doing a Tabata, instead I do one leg in, leg out.
I can't do crunches or pull ups without supporting my lower back with my palms against my back on the floOr.

I have been doing HIIT almost everyday for 10-24 mins depending on my time and strength.

Question:

Do HIIT everyday?

How often do I weigh?

Currently breastfeeding and active with 4 kids under 2, diet revolving around Protein, is that ok?

I am 5'2" 207 lbs 46% fat mostly around my tummy and hips.

I have searched your forums for answers, but need something specific.
Thank you!
