SKIPPED WEIGHT TRAINING DAY

HI! Just a quick question...Last night I was not able to do my weight training routine- is it ok to double up and do both yesterday and today's weight routine today? the routine for yesterday was for legs/calves, and today it is for shoulders/back. Thanks for your help in advance! :)

I wouldn't. Just keep going on your routine. I miss doesn't hurt.
