Hey everyone,I'm javid from durbs,south africa. Iv recently started training again and would love tips on how to make my back amongst other part of my body stronger,any ideas on what a student can do and take to help keep up energy levels?

If you have access to a gym, bent over row, seated row, lat pull down, hyper extensions, and shrugs. There are plenty of others but those would work the back. There are plenty of all over body work outs to choose from.
