Post College Weight Gain

Hi - about 18 months ago I was a 5'1'', 100 lb former cheerleader for my college. I graduated, moved to the big city, and started a demanding career. While I still work out every morning (weights and light cardio) and try to do 2-3 intensive cardio classes at my gym, I have put on close to 20 lbs. I don't even recognize myself anymore.

Food and drinking in my industry is a social activity and I'm stressed with work and I'm not getting enough sleep. I'm started to get a better handle on the things that I can control, however, losing weight has been the hardest thing I've ever done.

Does anyone have any tips or suggestions??:surprised:
