I've posted a few times and not gotten a reply..:( I have a severe bone on bone (hip) and would like to know if someone can recommend SAFE exercises I can start to help build muscle mass - hopefully to work as a shock absorber. I'm trying to avoid a hip replacement. Planning to sign up at a local gym, but don't want to do anything that's going to cause more problems...... So someone -- please help / advice... Thanks!
