hi if i'm doing say lateral raises it is stating to do 20 reps...is this ten per arm so equalling 20 of 20 per arm and thus being 40? please answer cause i can only do relatively small weights on 20 reps per arm! many thanks brad

I would say do either/or, but be consistent in how you track it. Meaning do 10 each arm(20 Total reps) OR do 20 reps each arm, but the key is do it and record it the same way, consistently. By being consistent you don't mess up the tracking.

thanks for the response, i'm fairly new to this and still learning do you think it would be better to do shorter reps with a higher weight or visa versa, i'm looking to ton up but not get massive?
