15 to the right 15 to the left= 1 set like when we do concentration curls or single leg extensions.
Your 3rd is correct.

hi looking for some clarity on these...

is it 15 ie 1 left 2 right 3 left etc to 15...
or is it 1 left 1 right 2 left 2 right etc up to 15..
or is it 1 left 2 left etc to 15 left then 1 right 2 right etc up to 15 right.

I have been doing the first one.
