OK im 6'1 and about 250 lbs.. and alot of it is right there in the mid section. now i really want to lose it badly and my face got chubby. i want to lose the excess weight and drop to around 215 or 220 but i also want to tone up and build muscle how should i go about this....ive been told creatine works and other supplements what are you recommendations please!

Try exercise and proper diet before supplements.
