Hey folks.
Ok well about a week ago i started working out (im 18) Just bought a weight bench and stuff now i know im really weak due to the fact i have never worked out before.

Right now what i wanna do is get bigger arms and lose my man boobs lol. But i need a little bit of help.

First: Im not sure how much weight i should use (Like should i only be able to do 3 reps before my arms give out?)

second ( What is the best exercise on a weight bench to gain arm strength and mass AND lose man boobs?)

Thanks and sorry if my questions are kinda dumb but keep in mind i have never done this before ;)

I think you should see gains almost over night.. I think you should start with a weight that is comfortable with you .. I would say a weight where you can do at least 15 reps with out much pressure on the muscle you are exercising.. like I said what every your comfortable with.. just don't over do it.. take your time..

Totally agree with Dave. You will actually start to see differences within 7-10 days. That's a nice set up for $124.00 bucks! I paid triple that just for an adjustable incline preacher curl bench.

For your arm you should try concentration curls (biceps), standing barbell curls (biceps) standing behind the back wrist curls (forearms) reverse barbell curls (fore arms) and don't forget shoulder exercises, otherwise your body will kind of look like Popeye and out of proportion.
Good Luck.
