But I am really bad at cardiovascular stuff, and I mean REALLY I guess some of it is inborn stuff some is just lazyness. Now should I do ONLY whats its my routine on this site or can I add my own things? If yes, then what? Sorry..I am kinda confused about this site...and it's all free huh? Finally..

Cardio is important for anyone, what type of program are you on. Gain/loose weight ??

If you are trying to lose weight then you really oughta do some cardio. You can just do 15 minutes of some activity 3 times a week and then try to move up by 5 minutes every week until you get to 30 minutes. If you are gaining mass, then you gon't absolutely have to do cardio, but I will agree with Sempai on this one, you may want to do a little cardio even then.
You don't have to do only/exactly what's given to you on this site. If you want to add or substitute an exercise here or there you should be okay. But I really think you'd be fine doing at least your first program just the way it is.

I am to gain muscle (mass i guess). So it doesn't include much cardio I think. However my cardio health is awful and I think I need to do it anyhow. So any ideas? I did the bicycle thing for 24 minutes yesterday.

If you are trying to gain mass but still want to work on cardio, do low intensity cardio for 30 min 3x per week. You won't lose muscle mass but this will help you cardio wise-which is really needed for the heart. I am a big believer in cardio (though I don't like it sometimes).
