Hiya, I'm new to free trainers and really havent worked out for the best part of 20 years! I have completed my second day of the exercise plan, and so far I'm loving it, i can definately feel the muscles i have worked! I chose the home training programme, as I dont have any weights to work with at home, nor can I afford a gym membership. However when i set up the fitness plan I input that I wanted a 5 day workout, and for my 1st 2 weeks I have only been given 3? And also it seems to be concentratingf on my upper body, and i was hoping for an equal amount of concentratin on my full body. Will the exercise program change and build up? Thanks for any answers. I just want to get the best results possible.
