i hate plateaus

i got up in weight gained about 25 pounds over the summer but ive stalled and really havent gained any weight in 3 months feel like i got happy with where im at and i lost the drive and i need 2 get it back but its hard feel like i need a push my main problem is eating enough the training is fine.

So, what have you been eating? Get some good protein and some carbs to make the protein work for you.

its not that far off i think i just need another 400cals a day or so and i should be fine just need 2 add a meal and it probably wouldnt hurt 2 get a little more sleep

Try filling the gap with some almond/walnuts. You may want to add also a banana with plain low fat yogurt. Just some ideas.

thanks ive had a few ppl tell me to eat more bananas guess ill start eating them
