A few problems

Well I have a few problems that I need to deal with.
1) Recently I have been told I have symptoms of early arthritis in my knees.
2) I have 3 bulging discs in my back.
3) An ankle that I broke almost 2 years ago I still giving me a lot of pain.

I don't have access to a pool. What is the best way of going about exercising without hurting too much?

What can you do that doesn't cause pain?
Do you have a primary care provider who can guide you through an exercise and weight loss program?

Your "few problems" are red flags and I would suggest working with someone, MD, PT, etc. who can work with you so that you don't create more injuries.
