Lately I have noticed that when perfroming concentration curls, my right side is not as strong as my left.
My question what can I do to equalize the strength? I sesarched the site and found some information from several years ago. Are there newer ideas
Any thoughts, ideas suggestions would be really appreciated.
Thanks in advance
Iain

I really hate that I know my right arm is stronger than my left.. and the bicep roundness is more noticeable. I really don't know how to equalize the strength.. because my arms don't work at the same level. my right is never gonna say hey I'll wait on you lefty while you catch up.. I would say train that arm more..

Try switching to dumbbell exercises for lifts that involve your arms. Forget concentration curls for now, and stick to alternating dumbbell curls, and hammer curls. Also, you may want to start your sets with the weaker arm first(right arm first, so that the set finishes with the left).

Hey, THat's exactly what I've been doing lately. starting with my left first.. I know it doesn't sound like a big deal but it's different and feels different 2. and you might be on to something there..

Thanks for the replies, I have not been on the site for ages as I changed employers last month. I will drop the concentration curls and include other forms of curls. Thanks again..
