Im sixteen and have about 15% bodyfat and weigh about 195 lbs. I can see my top abs but of course i do have a ring of fat around my waist. Im having surgery soon on my shoulder and i wont be able to lift weights for 3 months. what exercises can i do to help me lose that ring and still increase muscularit?.Also an easy diet that will help. I can still do leg workouts heavy. Thank you in advance.
