too young or maybe just too short?

I have decided to start working out but I'm not too sure if i should wait or not. I'm 14 and I'm short for my age. I'm only 5"2. I can tell that I'm growing and i don't wanna stunt my growth. I personally wanna work on my abs. I'm not fat or anything, it's just i wanna have hardcore abs. I'm not sure which exercises will stunt my growth or how my growth will stunten. Could someone tell me?

Since you only want to work your abs, I don't see how training them can stunt your growth. Try the ft ab blast program and don't work with weights.

There was an old thread on stunted growth in the "Under 25" discussion group. Why don't you search for that post?
