I had back surgery back in May and the doctors said that i can start working out now. just no lifting weights over 15 pounds. I was wondering in if there was a program where i can get size and in shape but not have to worry about something happenin to my back?

You're not going to gain size or change your shape limited to 15 lbs. But you have to start where your doctor says to recover at all. Follow your doctor's and therapist's instruction.

I would have a million dollars now if only I had only followed CNBCs advice...and I had started with a hundred million dollars.

I agree that you wont get the size, but keep in mind that it's okay to make lifting that 15 pounds challenging. Super slow reps, or supersets in general may give the lifts that extra bit of difficulty.
