Morning Diet for workout

Hi guys,

I've been trying to find this as I'm sure it's already been mentioned. I am planning to workout at 6.30am-7.30 then head to work for 9am.

6am - Pre workout - banana and protein shake
6.30-7.30am - workout
7.30am - Post workout - banana and protein shake

7.45 - Breakfast - 2 egg omelette with whole toast

Is that too much food in too short a period? Any advice would be appreciated.

What goal are you working toward? Getting cut and adding a small amount of lean muscle or building appreciable amounts of muscle mass? For weight loss I'd drop the post workout shake and bananna since it's so close to your breakfast anyway.
