How many times a week should I work my legs? My goal is to burn the fat and get some muscle definition. Please help...

It would depend on your present exercise routine. If you are exercising 5x per week I would say make one of those strictly a leg day. If not, incorporate legs 2 times out of a 3 day plan. Also cut back on fat. Do calf raises, lunges, squats, leg curls etc.
