So I'm gonna start to take some weight gain supplements for the reason that Ive tried eating more, and Im hard;y physical so I dont use much energy but Ive remained realitivly the same weight for the past 3 years even when Ive grown 4 inches. Im currently 6'1 and weigh 130. I was wondering what sort of changes should I expect weight wise and should I notice any changes early on or does it take time?

Well, without strength training your weight gain is going to be all fat. Is that the kind of weight you're looking for? Food is the best supplement period. Eat properly for your goals and save your money.

I am going to the gym and have a work out plan, but since my results have all been lean muscle and not mush defintion I want some more fat on my body to turn into muscle. If that makes any sense

Fat doesn't turn into muscle. You need to pick one of two specific goals: Definition and fat loss or muscular strength and size. For fat loss(gaining definition or "cuts")it'll be a reduced calorie diet, lifting routine, and cardio. For muscular gain(bulking up) it's heavy lifting and eating tons of clean calories. But, when you eat and lift for size, you will invariably put fat weight on.

Yes well my goal is first to get the size (from the weight gainer) and lift to get the muscle's there, but yea I have no problem with the fat being there since I can lose the weight easily afterwards but gaining the size is what Im having trouble with
