I am only 14 and all i want to do is lose a bit of weight, i don't want to buld muscles or six packs, etc. :dumbbell:

Does this program let me jsut lose a bit of weight or does it go over the top? I'm getting worried.... :surprised:

Well, first off, congratulations on realizing and sharing your goal. That is half of the work. The other half is to eat healthy and stay active by taking part in sports at school and maybe add in some activity from this site. Don't worry about going over the top. It's not going to happen.
