diet and weight training plan needed

I am 113 kg (17 stone 4 ) and fat mainly around the stomach area. I go to the gym 5 days a week, hour of cardio and a day on/day off of a cicuit of all weights and body parts. I am asking what protein I would need to get down to 13 stone and what sort of diet and training plan I would need, anyone help???
