I am a beginner , so i need the workout routine and schedule where i do day to day, where i can get the information on the site.

Goto "myFT - Personal Info".. then click on "ft Exercise Program" from there click on "Change exercise goals" then click on "Personalized Exercise Program Profile" .. in there you can setup what type of workout you want to do.. how many days a week you can do it and so on.. after you fill out this out ft will create a program for you.. you can get to it by going back to "myFT - Personal Info"/"ft Exercise Program" then clicking on "Your exercise program" ... hope you can handle it from there.. any more questions though feel free to ask on the boards
