With such a topic so broad we truly try to cover the basics from all angles in this group. Nothing too big or too small. Nutrition is as significant if not more as exercise is to reaching your goals so learn all you can.
I am currently stuck in the desert over seas. Luckily we have a gym, a few of us were wondering where we could find a good simple routine for total fitness. We have plenty of free weights but no machines. We figure we don't need them we just need a plan. Right now we are working but just spinning our wheels because we don't know what to do. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
