I have this popping feeling behind my knee whenever I do low impact like cardio or pilates. I don't feel it when I do squats though. Only when I raise or contract my leg (not extending it) It does hurt a little but only during that certain motion. I've tried stretching before and after but t doesn't seem to help. It hasn't stopped me from working out at all. Should I be worried?

It sounds like you have some arthritis going on with you. I would not be worried. But I would let your doctor know on your next visit.
