hi mary, the programs are generated by the computer, not an individual. here are options to leave out musle groups, but not really to tailor the workouts specifically around your injuries/limitations.
first, discuss starting a routine with your doctor and get the green light and find out specifically what you should avoid.
then if you let me know what exercises you need to swp out or work around i will try and help you design a routine that is doable. ;)
