Ben Weider of Montreal, started body building at 17, when in fact became the biggest promoter and do gooder for the sport. It was him and his brother that discovered Arnold in Austria and brought him to America. Also paid for many gyms around the world. Weider was instrumental in the sport, along with Arnold came many 'famous' names, Franco Columbu(always my personal favorite).
