So I am needing to get my diet under control. I need to figure out a diet that fits my specific needs. I am 23 years old, ex-college football player, 6'5" tall, 320 lbs. right now. I am just trying to get slimmed down and lean up. I know I need to get active and that is something I am currently working on. I struggle with eating right for sure and have had problems figuring out what I need to be eating. Would someone be willing to help me form a diet that I can stick to?

According to my nutritional plan I need around 320g of protein, which seems like it will be hard to attain w/o supplementing. I need around 1120g of carbs, 78g of fat, and a max. of 6394 calories.

I have had great success in the past merely by being active but my workout regimen is nowhere near as intense as it was while I was playing.

Would anyone be willing to help me put together a daily diet plan that I can stick to on this? I thank anyone for any help they may be able to offer!

Apparently this one reads high. I've used fitday.com in the past.

6394 is a crap load of calories for someone your size id go with around 4000-4500. that should be enough to help you build muscle without adding fat.6000 calories wouldnt be what you want to get lean. just my opinion.
