Hi, I have a problem with my left elbow when I do push ups. I'm 219 pounds, male and 5"11 (about 25 pounds overweight).

Very simply, whenever I push up, on the outside of the backside of my elbow (basically where the funny bone is) something quivers and this happens even when i'm fresh and just starting. After finishing a set of 10 I stop out of concern of possible damage.
I don't think it's a muscle since it seems far too thin and it feels like there are a few of them. Also, this doesn't happen every single time I do push ups. It seems to only happen about once a week and if I push it my elbow starts to pop and eventually there is slight discomfort.

I was thinking maybe tendons, but i'm not sure. Does anyone have experience in this?
