Hey all, i'm looking to build my chest a bit, well a lot actually. I dont have access to any equipment at the moment really. Can push ups aid substantial muscle growth, are there more effective variations of the push up to build muscle? Currently my max reps is 35. thanks

make sure you do like 3 sets of pushups. Also you can do like handstand pushups and try putting your feet on the bed and do pushups

i wouldn't expect a lot of mass from pushups no matter how many you do if your max is 35 to many reps for mass gains.
