What to eat for high protein??

I eat regular foods daily n i dont wanna always eat the same shit over n over any ideas on what i can cook or prepare for more protein???? without the fats

Cottage cheese comes in with a high protein count and consider 1% fat. Great for breakfast or before bed.

and there are tons of recipes and posts on similar topics in the nutrition forum.. if you haven't used fitbuddy yet - look at the bottom of the screen, it is a site search engine and you can enter a topic and pull up relevant posts.
