Wow , this is my first cut and with the calorie deficit i am having a hard time keeping my energy levels high at the gym ,i am giving it my best , but i am not getting near my other weeks results ,i hope this is normal and my energy comes back soon.I can'T wait to go through a bulk cycle again , food mmmmmmmm

WTF, didn't you just ask about a Bulk Routine about a week ago.
Anyway if your not any bigger then you are in your pics you shouldn't be cutting IMO and should still be adding, you can keep it lean and gain by not going overboard on the food.

That picture was close to 4 months ago if my memory serves me correct. , i did want a new bulking routine , but i am not happy with my body fat ,and my girlfriend starting dieting also , so i am going along with her to help out , so i am cutting for a little while to reduce the fat, and then back to gaining mass.

Well prepare to get weaker and lose that hard earned strength you worked for because a bulk and or strength gain takes more then 4 months!

I just trying to set you straight because you came around asking how to get stronger and bigger and we answered, you talked about your only lift being strong a dumbbell arm curl and how the real lifts you are weak at.
All I'm saying is our going to get weaker by stopping and going on a cut but hey each to his own and it's your goal.
These guys that get big strong and lean take years to do so and Bulk for a long period until they are happy with their strength levels because on a cut you will never get stronger but weaker.
Now a guy that does it correct is stronger then most on a cut in a contest state then Joe Blow that jumps back and forth from bulk to cut without really even gaining anything.
So maybe it's way to go to you for wasting people time that has took time to help you just for you to throw it away!
