Supplements can be a great aid with your health and fitness goals. Combined with the proper exercise and nutritional plan they can be quite effective.

Anyone have any experience with it?

I made a switch from CEE to DiCreatine Malate but tomorrow will be day one in the gym on it so I have no feedback yet.

I used to take CEE and a combination of different forms of creatine. I've since gone back to creatine monohydrate. It's the only one that has been scientifically proven to work. It's effective and much cheaper. I'm not trying to discourage you from using what you bought. Try the new stuff and see what happens. Maybe you'll respond to that better than I did...
