Bad reactionto supps. ?

revoman Posts: 117 Joined: 2008/01/26	2008/07/17, 04:04 PM Hey everyone , i am in need of an opinion, i started taking animal pak , white flood and sizeon , on monday , come tuesday evening i started to notice a few spots on my body , red blotches sort of , it didnt really itch , then wednesday i was covered with them everywhere on my abs, stomach , legs and arms , i took some benadryl and the day after it went away , Now did anyone else ever have a reaction due to these products, i cant be a 100% sure it came from these products but just trying to figure out why i got it . -Nicholas
bb1fit Posts: 11,105 Joined: 2001/06/30	2008/07/17, 08:54 PM Well, some 'troubleshooting' seems to be the ticket. Take one by itself, see if you have any issues. Then stop that one and try another, same scenario, and the third. If no issues individually, then try combining and see if it is a reaction to the combo.
