I have just signed on and I am trying to lose fat predominantly fast as possible. I am a P.E. teacher and have some knowledge in training techniques and was told to use steady state training and resistance and within 12 weeks of 3/4 resistance sessions weekly and 3-5 1 hour min steady state sessions weekly I shold be down to single figure body fat % in 8-10 weeks? Also I weigh 95 kilos and my calorie intake should be 3thousand something according to the sight?
