Vitamins - Multis or ones in the pouch

Which vitamins are better, the One-A-Day multivitamins or the ones that are in the pouches containing several pills? I have tried both before, but don't know if any are better than the other.

Right now I am taking One-A-days, and alternating between the weightloss and the Men's formula.

The average Joe can take the One-a-Day stuff. If you're engaged in a decent amout of physical activity, you're nutritional needs will be different. I personally take Animal Pak (11 pills per pack) and have for a few years now. There are others on the market, too. The ones with the highest bioavailability are the organic ones, but you may need a second job to pay for 'em. Honestly, it's really up to you what you want to take.
