im on my second day and it hurts so bad, is there anyway to help relieve the pain on a rest day?

yeah....never work the same muscle 2 days in a row....your body needs time to rebuild the muscle...whats worked for me is working 1 or 2 muscle groups everyday for a week...never hitting the same muscle more than 1 a week (except for abs and calves, those recover exceptionally fast).
