when doing standing biceps curls, is it ok to move the elbows a bit? or should you give the elbows tucked to the side of your body and keep movement minimal.
i asked cos i saw a youtube video of a woman demonstarting a "proper biceps curl" and her elbows were all over the place.
please can you confirm thanks.
here is the youtube link.

In the youtube clip, the lady certainly could've improved her form. Her form wasn't terrible, but you should always keep your elbows tucked into your body. This will assure you that your biceps are doing the work, and you are not gaining momentum from swinging your elbows up.
