Hi!

I`m a 24 y.o. male 5'10 165lbs trying to gain muscle mass. The info on this site regarding the amount of calories is incorrect (it tells me I need 4200 something calories). I found another calculator online and it gave me 3300 calories which seems correct. Assuming I go with a 40/40/20 ratio, I would need 330g of proteins, 330g of carbs and 165g of good fat a day. I was wondering if it was correct? I`ve done some research and it says you need 1 to 1.5g of protein per body pound that you weigh, so the 330G would be a bit too much, no?
