Hey all, i am almost finished a 8 week program , is it recommened to take a week off , or can i jump into the advaneced mass gaining program right away the next week ?

Take some time off... it varies from person to person... some take four days, some take more.

I think i will take just a few days , i don't actually feel burnt or anything , i do have another question , the special mass gaining 12 week program , does it really have to be if you hit a plateau , or we can try it anyway to try and gain some ?

Remember, you grow muscle at rest not during workout. The mass program is intense so you really will need 10 days to 2 weeks to grow and recover. 4 days to a week should be sufficient for the one you just finished. Keep up your cardio and don't be a slug but R and R is a good thing.
