So here it is Monday morning and my program asks for 15 reps x 2 sets of lying side leg raises. I got through the first 15 reps on both sides but then on the second set my hip started to ache and I couldn't finish. I also noticed on Thursday that my hip ached again on the elliptical machine, this isn't normal for me. I swapped out the exercise for next week but I was wondering if I should have tried to push through the pain. Any suggestions???
