I'm new to this forum and would like some advice as to where to start with my weight loss and fitness program.
I'm approx 4 stone overweight (I say approx because I cannot bring myself to get back on the scales yet and I'm going by my weight of a few months ago) and I'm not exactly completely unfit. I am active most of the day to be honest but I eat veeeeery wrong.
I have a home gym comprising of a motorised treadmill, an elliptical trainer, a ski machine, a bike and a total gym (for weights), I also have dumb bells.
My problem is that I don't know where to start or what progress I should be aiming for.
I could use the gym anytime as obviously it's at home but ideally 5 times a week max with each time being as long as required.
I know I can do this and stick to it if I just know what it is I'm actually doing.
My worst problem area is my stomach and chest although TBH my legs and backside leave alot to be desired too. lol.
All advice really appreciated, I want to get this going asap.
