Im 14 and I need a healthy way to lose a noticeable amount of weight in two weeks or so. Im 5'4 and I weigh 119. The part of my body I want to lose the fat in, is my legs. So what should I eat and how should I exercise for the best weight loss.:love: Samantha
I don't think you should be trying to lose weight...at 5'4 119 seems healthy to me. Also, at 14 your body is still going through alot of changes, I am sure any perceived "fat" will take care of itself if you are active and eating and sleeping properly.
