hi.i have fatty layer just like a pot on my stomach.but my other parts of body are not well developed.like i hvae biceps 10inches only.what is ideal proportionate of body.can anybody help...
The ideal percentage of body fat really is up to you and how you want to look. That said, you don't want it to be really high. For a guy... you want to go for 15-20% and you can be pretty ripped with that.
I suggest you go out and purchase a scale that can measure your body fat. That will help you know where you are and then you can work to lower that. It will require the proper weight training routine.
