Are you trying to say that you shake and have difficulty controlling the weight when doing a lift, or that your weights are flimsy?

the reason that this usually happens is when you switch from one weight to a large amout with a massive increase im not sure if thats what happened, but there are other reasons, also if that is happening you should see a doctore just to be safe because if you lose control of the weights you could gert injured, then not be able to lift at all, its not worth risking i suggest seeing a doctor or sports Chiropractor to get more info.
