I was on vacation and couldn't follow the program. I did dips, crunches, etc. but no weight training. Do you think I lost a lot of progress? Glad I'm back and can "get with the program"!!

How far into the program are you? If your only a week or two, then you can even start your training over. It sure will not hurt. But you can continue as normal and it should not corrupt anything. -snow

I'm into my sixth week. i'll do some extra stuff to make up. Thanks.
