I know I have to eat, eat, eat to gain weight. Is there a homemade substitute for the weight gain supplements? They are so expensive. Thanks!!

Hey Coolness,

eating solid meals instead of liquid ones (meal replacements) is much better! You can get everything you need out of regular food. The only things you will need to supplement with is Creatine & Glutamine which can be bought cheap if in bulk.

Good Luck!

up to this point, no side effects have been observed...but remember that this is a pretty new supp. and the long-term side effects are still unknown. With creatine, always drink a lot of water that's what they all say.

Ragarding homemade alternatives to those $$^ supp. you could try mixing up some easily available ingrediants and make up some meal shake. The details for that I don't know, but I've read a little into these homemade stuff on the net...you'll find plenty of info there
