I'm new and got to say i wish i found this site a LONG time ago. I just did a personalized fitness plan and I'm excited about it for a change. I've been wanting to loose a few pounds after getting married and quiting smoking over a year ago. This site has given me the knowledge to do this. We'll see in 8 weeks..........
